Have you ever heard of Lexy Panterra? If you haven't it's OK because I'm here to tell you all about her workouts...err, I mean Twerkouts!
Lexy has taken the internet and workout world by storm with her unique approach to twerking. Who thought that shaking what you got could be such a good way to burn calories? After watching a few of her videos, I decided to give it a try for myself. Let me tell you, it is definitely a workout and majorly fun. I made sure my curtains were closed before trying said moves. I'm sure my neighbors would get a few laughs as I tried to learn her creative shaking dances. It took a me awhile to get the multiple moves at once thing down but after that I was good to go!
